As an Investment Associate, I partner with our compliance, portfolio management, trading, and service teams on a range of client-focused tasks. In the morning, I may work on trade settlement, and by the afternoon I can be managing proxy voting and reconciliation projects.

Success means that other leaders don’t have to worry about day-to-day operations and can focus on the more nuanced areas of asset management.

Cooking is my creative outlet. Part of the art is ditching recipes and making things up as I go. I learned this from my dad. He is a chef and can whip up world-class pasta when I all I see is an empty refrigerator. My mom is an exceptional baker too – one of them needs to open a restaurant!

If I had access to a giant billboard off I-5, I would print “You’re Doing Awesome.” Life can be hard, and positive affirmation makes all the difference.
