As Chief Administrative Officer, I lead the firms’ operations team. This includes overseeing trade settlement and custodial reconciliations as well as external reporting, account administration and proxy voting.

You can’t scale without great systems. I’m eager to build new processes and add efficiencies. Sure, these help grow the firm. But, more importantly, they improve service levels.

Too often, firms’ principles change as leaders come and go. We don’t have that problem. Nancy and team embrace a steady vision for the future that supports innovation and personal growth.
